Cardell will have his hands full today as he takes on a determined Offbeat Ninja. These two guys have fought 3 times already this season and the most rounds Cardell ever won for himself was 3. Although he has the skill to beat Offbeat, it usually comes down to a lack of execution. Cheppelle has all the potential in the world but often times his nerves overcome him. On the other hand, Offbeat is a thoroughbred killer in the playoffs and I expect nothing less than the best from him. If Cardell can get the first couple of rounds and build up his confidence, the match could easily swing in his favor. However, if he gets down early, I don't think he'll be able to bounce back and fully expect Ryan to slam the door on anytime of a comeback. As much as it pains me to admit, Offbeat will more than likely walk away with a win tonight and give his franchise some much needed points.

Dead Or Alive 4 Female - 3D.NY > Carolina 5-2

Coolsvailla has finally hit her stride and played to her potential in her last couple of matches. The last time she played Mystik it ended 5-0 in favor of 3D.NY and although I'd love to see the same result, I don't think it will happen. There is a lot more riding on the line today and I fully expect both Tanya and Mystik to raise their quality of play. Tanya should easily win this match as long as her nerves don't get the best of her and I wouldn't put a 5-0 or 5-1 past her.

Counter-Strike Source - 3D.NY > Carolina 11-7

Both 3D's and Carolina's CS:S Squads have played incredibly well against each other in the past and tonight should be no different. 3D has been impressive on what I would call the custom maps while Carolina tends to favor better on the ported maps. Tonight's match will take place on de_inferno, which should equally suit both franchises. 3D lost their chance at making the individual world finals on Monday when they lost to Complexity and are still pretty ticked off about that. They have been in the practice room as much as possible in hopes of turning their luck around and their hard work should pay dividends tonight. Carolina was thought to have the best CS team prior to the commencement of Season 2. Whether they have been outplayed or underachieved is anyone’s guess but if I was 3D.NY, I would prepare for the worst and expect Carolina to come out swinging.

FIFA 08 - 3D.NY > Carolina 2-1

If any player has Wizakor's number it would have to be Anomaly. These two friends haven taken the pitch against each other 3 times now with Anomaly winning all 3 matches which have accounted for all but 2 of his wins. Anomaly has played extremely well in his matches against Wizakor and I fully expect more of the same from him. Conversely, Wizakor has finally made the switch from Spain to France and I fully expect it to start paying off tonight. Spain was a great defensive team but lacked the offensive power of a France or Brazil. By switching teams Wizakor should give himself more opportunities on goal, which directly translates into more points. Although Anomaly has beaten Wizakor 3 times in a row now I think the tables have finally turned and Matt will pick up his first win today.

Forza 2 - 3D.NY > Carolina 4-3

Forza 2 should be one of the closest races we've seen all season. These two franchises are evenly matched, with Carolina holding a 1-point lead over 3D. Both ComeBackDan and Dark-Storm have been playing for hours upon hours in preparation of this one match and hope that their hard work will pay off. Although criticized by many, Carolina's duo works well for them. Although Phantom isn't the fastest racer in the league, he and General work extremely well together and Dolven couldn't have build a more perfect duo. I think 3D.NY will edge out a win today and possible even a 5-2. A 6-1 would be tremendous but Carolina is far too talented to be walked over like that.

Final Score - 3D.NY > Carolina Core 24-18

This is the 4th time these two franchises have battled each other but it all starts anew tonight. The winner of today’s match advances into the CGS Region 1 Finals and I fully expect that to be 3D.NY. 3D.NY has incredible depth in all their divisions but Carolina Core matches up as good as any team out there. This should be a close match with 3D.NY seizing a narrow victory.
