3D.NY Sneaks Past Complexity

POSTGAME REPORT

Without a doubt their toughest opponent yet, Complexity gave 3D.NY quite a scare, but ultimately couldn't string together enough rounds to win the match. A mediocre first-half saw 3D trailing LA by only one round. The second half was more of the same as 3D.NY and LA traded rounds in an exciting match which came down the to the 18th and final round. Thanks to excellent play all around, 3D.NY was able to secure a win at 10-8 and avoid going into overtime. This win puts 3D's Pro-Am record at 5-0 and surely gives them a great confidence boost as well.

PREGAME REPORT

Back in action tonight at 11:00 PM EST, 3D.NY will be taking on their longtime rival the LA Complexity on de_season. A map which has favored 3D.NY in the past, this match has all the elements necessary of an instant classic. REMAIN UNDEFEATED?

Hoping to keep their flawless record intact, 3D.NY will have their hands full as they take on the LA Complexity tonight. A storied rivalry which dates back a few years at this point, 3D.NY vs LA has always been the marquee match-up and I expect more of the same tonight. This will without a doubt be the toughest competition 3D.NY has faced since returning to competitive play and we'll get a chance to see if they still have what it takes.

BALANCE 1.6 AND SOURCE?

Complexity stumbled a week ago as they picked up their first loss in Pro-Am, but I don't expect anything less than their best tonight. Trying to balance both 1.6 and Source, the LA guys are more adventurous than I would be in their situation. That being said, this will be the first true test for both teams as they both face their stiffest competition yet.
